At Vedanta Astro, we are committed to providing authentic astrological guidance and spiritual services. By purchasing any service from our website, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.
1. Consultation Services
Astrology consultations, reports, guidance sessions, and other advisory services are eligible for a refund only if:
- The refund request is made within 7 days of purchase, and
- The consultation, report, or service has not yet been delivered, scheduled, initiated, or availed by the customer.
Once a consultation has been conducted, a report has been delivered, or work on the service has commenced, no refund shall be provided.
2. Puja and Spiritual Services
All orders placed for Puja, Anushthan, Jaap, Havan, Rituals, Spiritual Remedies, and related services are strictly non-refundable.
As these services involve advance preparation, allocation of resources, and commencement of spiritual processes, refunds cannot be issued under any circumstances once an order has been placed.
3. Cancellation Requests
Cancellation requests for eligible consultation services must be submitted within the refund eligibility period. Vedanta Astro reserves the right to verify the status of the service before processing any refund.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method used during purchase. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.
